Paver Cleaning, Sanding & Sealing
Brick paver sealing is a protective maintenance process designed to help preserve the appearance, stability, and long-term performance of your paver surface. Over time, weather, traffic, UV exposure, weeds, and joint erosion can cause pavers to fade, shift, or lose their clean finished look. Proper cleaning, joint re-sanding, and sealing helps restore color, stabilize the joints, reduce water penetration, and provide a protective barrier against the elements.
Whether your pavers are newer and due for routine maintenance or older and in need of restoration, sealing can be an important part of protecting the investment you’ve made in your outdoor space.
About
Paver sealing is about more than enhancing color or adding a finish — it’s about protecting the work beneath the surface and helping your hardscape hold up over time. A properly maintained paver system relies on sound joint sand, stable edges, and protection from water intrusion, erosion, and everyday wear.
Our approach focuses on the full process, not just applying sealer. We look at the condition of the surface, the joints, drainage considerations, and whether the pavers need cleaning, re-sanding, or light restoration before sealing. Depending on the project, we can apply natural-look protection or a richer enhanced finish based on the look you want and what the paver system calls for.
Done the right way, sealing can help extend the life of your patio, walkway, or driveway while bringing back the clean finished appearance that makes the whole space stand out.

Installation
Surface Evaluation & Recommendations
Every project starts with evaluating the paver condition, joint stability, drainage, and the current state of the surface. We determine whether the pavers need routine sealing, restoration prep, or joint sand replacement before moving forward.
Cleaning & Surface Preparation
The paver surface is cleaned to remove dirt, organic buildup, and debris that can interfere with adhesion or appearance. Depending on the condition, this may involve pressure washing or deeper cleaning methods.
Joint Sand Inspection & Re-Sanding
The joints are inspected to make sure the paver system remains stable. Where needed, fresh joint sand is installed to help restore lock-up and support before sealing.
Sealer Application
Once the surface is clean, dry, and properly prepared, sealer is applied evenly based on the desired finish and the needs of the project. The goal is lasting protection — not an overbuilt coating.
Final Review & Cure Guidance
After application, the surface is reviewed and we provide guidance on cure time, use, and ongoing maintenance so the pavers continue performing as intended.
